Please note, I see people ages 14 years to 75 years old. Also, I am not in network with insurance companies nor do I bill directly to insurance companies or third party companies. However, the majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance company. If you’d like, I will provide the necessary documentation that you can use to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
